Company DescriptionKook Food Industries, known under the trade name Shahyad, was founded in 1970 (1349 in the Persian calendar) with the aim of providing food supplies to families. Established by Mr. Karim Ahmadi and licensed for compote production by the Tehran Municipality, the company began its operations in Sohanak neighborhood, Tehran. Initially specializing in compotes such as cherry, pear, apple, and peach, Kook Food expanded its production to include fruit juices, tomato paste, and lemon juice. Due to increased efficiency and growing demand, the workshop relocated to Koohak neighborhood in Garmdareh, Karaj, in 1980 (1359 in the Persian calendar). There, the production lines were upgraded from traditional to industrial, and under a new brand name "Kook," the company diversified its product range. In 1997 (1376 in the Persian calendar), responding to increased market demand and aiming to enhance product quality, management established a 7,000 square meter factory in Safadasht, Malard. Emph...
